Position Overview

Foundation Automotive Corp is in search of an Inventory Management Associate to enhance our corporate office operations. This role involves supporting the office manager with various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately records and posts data in inventory logs.
  • Compiles and organizes records and reports.
  • Processes orders for products or services.
  • Reconciles stock levels and financial records.
  • Provides assistance and information to staff and sales teams.
  • Prepares and maintains stock inventories.
  • Manages incoming mail, responds to correspondence, and organizes outgoing mail.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a tidy workspace.
  • Performs additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; additional coursework in inventory management or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a comparable inventory-related position.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport items, and adapt to various working conditions.
  • Fundamental understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
