Aspen Fiber Networks, un proveedor líder de soluciones de tecnología de la información, está en búsqueda de un individuo analítico y meticuloso para unirse a nuestro equipo como Coordinador de Control de Stock. En este puesto, serás responsable de supervisar y gestionar nuestro inventario, asegurando niveles de stock precisos y procesos de control de inventario eficientes.

Como Coordinador de Control de Stock, trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con diversos equipos, incluyendo logística, compras y operaciones, para rastrear los movimientos de inventario, gestionar los niveles de stock y realizar auditorías de inventario de manera regular. Tu gran atención al detalle y excelentes habilidades organizativas contribuirán a mantener registros de inventario precisos y optimizar los procesos de gestión de inventario.

Responsabilidades
  • Monitorear los niveles de inventario y asegurar la disponibilidad de stock para proyectos en curso.
  • Supervisar los procesos de control de inventario, incluyendo recepción, almacenamiento y distribución.
  • Realizar auditorías de inventario periódicas para reconciliar el inventario físico con los registros del sistema.
  • Identificar e investigar discrepancias o variaciones en el inventario.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de compras para asegurar la reposición oportuna de artículos de inventario.
  • Mantener registros de inventario precisos y actualizar los sistemas de gestión de inventario.
  • Asistir en la implementación de mejores prácticas de gestión de inventario y mejoras de procesos.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para optimizar los procesos de control de inventario.
  • Identificar inventario de lento movimiento u obsoleto y recomendar acciones apropiadas.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de inventario o un rol relacionado es preferida.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Excelente atención al detalle y precisión.
  • Dominio en el uso de software de gestión de inventario y MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y colaborar eficazmente en un entorno de equipo.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de control de inventario y mejores prácticas.
  • Capacidad para adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes y manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Título de asociado en administración de empresas, gestión de la cadena de suministro o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia previa en la industria de tecnología de la información es un plus.
