Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinician to join our team at the National Youth Advocate Program. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will work closely with minors, foster families, and community partners to provide counseling, therapy, and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family mental health services to minors and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, behavior management assessments, and safety/crisis plans for minors, and ensure timely documentation and uploading to our electronic health record system.
  • Collaborate with foster parents and sponsor families to ensure all necessary documents, assessments, and plans are completed and uploaded in a timely manner.
  • Travel to foster family and sponsor homes, as well as other community-based organizations, to provide in-home services to minors and families.
  • Coordinate and monitor services for minors and families in the community, including medical, educational, psychological, and social services.
  • Screen for human trafficking concerns and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work with clinical experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of clinical employment experience and licensure.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required to serve children and families.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle in good working order, and insurance with $100,000/$300,000 limits.
  • Ability to work flexible and non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, and be on call as needed.
  • Capacity to remain objective and professional in all areas of job function.
