Field Quality Control Specialist

Job Title: Field Quality Control Inspector
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Field Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-construction meetings with property managers, owners, and other stakeholders to discuss project details and expectations.
- Prepare and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
- Verify materials, workmanship, and specifications to ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Perform inspections and documentation of in-process, start-up, and operations activity to ensure that the work meets the required quality standards.
- Identify and report any nonconforming items and initiate corrective action as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to track project progress and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to construction personnel to ensure that they are aware of and comply with quality control procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in quality control or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
