Winchester Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join its dynamic team in the Med Tele Float Pool department.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
About the RoleAs a Nurse Practitioner in our Med Tele Float Pool, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with complex medical needs, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current license as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia;
- At least 2 years of experience working in a hospital setting;
- Strong knowledge of Epic electronic health records system;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;

Estimated salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
