About the Role

This PRN/On Call position will allow you to work 12 hour shifts, providing you with a great work-life balance. As a Registered Nurse at National Lutheran Communities & Services, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing comprehensive care plans, and administering medications and treatments with precision.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, identify and address potential health issues proactively, and inspire and enlighten patients and families on health maintenance. Your strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practices will be invaluable assets to our team.

Requirements
  • A current RN license in good standing
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
