About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Promotions Supervisor to join our team at Snoqualmie Casino. As a key member of our promotions team, you will be responsible for assisting the Promotions Manager in the development, planning, and execution of promotions and events that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the execution of promotions and events to ensure they meet the high standards of the Snoqualmie Casino brand promise.
  • Work closely with the Promotions Manager to supervise the promotions and events team, including scheduling, coordination, and coaching as needed.
  • Create an atmosphere of excitement and engagement among guests and team members during promotions and events.
  • Resolve guest conflicts and troubleshoot issues that may arise during promotions or events.
  • Ensure that staff is following policies and procedures, including the casino handbooks, departmental policies, and processes.
  • Assist the Promotions Manager in meeting deadlines for departmental communications and promotional execution.
  • Manage and track promotional inventory.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Promotions and Event Coordinators and other event staff as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience working in a casino gaming or hospitality environment, preferably tribal gaming.
  • Minimum two-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in Events, Promotions, or Marketing.
  • Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.
