We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our primary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients, working under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting, or completion of a residency program.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
