Players Club Supervisor

OBJECTIVE
The primary responsibility is to address inquiries related to the Players Club, perform data entry tasks, and issue Players Club memberships. It is essential to stay informed about ongoing promotions, special events, and club initiatives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- No direct reports
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize the Player Tracking System to facilitate the redemption of Club points for cash and merchandise.
- Provide exceptional guest service at the Players Club, maintaining a friendly demeanor and demonstrating professionalism towards both guests and colleagues.
- Encourage guests to enroll in the Players Club and explain the advantages of membership.
- Communicate all relevant rules and regulations to guests.
- Input and update player data in the Player Tracking System Database.
- Assist Club Management in organizing breaks and adjusting assignments as needed.
- Adhere to and promote the Crescent Club Daily Expectations for Representatives and Leads.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Support Club Management in training new Representatives.
- Provide daily assistance to Club Representatives and the Club Management Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED; or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong customer relations abilities.
- Proficient keyboarding skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Experience in a Players Club or a comparable setting.
Snoqualmie Casino prioritizes the hiring of Snoqualmie Tribal Members and Native Americans in accordance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). Candidates must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions outside of Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for Driver positions.
