Position Summary

evo locations serve as more than mere retail spaces; they are hubs for community and camaraderie. The Snoqualmie Pass location exemplifies evo's unique blend of sports, culture, art, retail, and service, offering a specialized retail experience with a thoughtful mix of equipment and apparel for skiing, snowboarding, and biking, alongside curated streetwear and accessories. The store features a comprehensive service shop catering to all ski, snowboard, and bike needs, including an extensive rental fleet.

The Service Supervisor is an integral member of the management team, responsible for team performance and the daily operations of the retail establishment. This role includes overseeing all functions of the bike and snow service departments, as well as managing rental programs. Collaborating with the Store Manager and Service Manager, the Supervisor will focus on enhancing the guest experience while achieving positive sales outcomes and delivering top-notch workmanship. We seek a supervisor who is enthusiastic about our culture, the outdoors, and creating exceptional experiences for both employees and guests. The Supervisor will drive the store's success through outstanding customer service, community involvement, and authentic, friendly interactions.
