Corporate Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
Mensards is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill our Office Assistant role. This position performs a variety of administrative, accounting, and support duties, including filing, data entry, and mail processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining calendars.
- Process payroll, accounts payable, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and distribute reports, including weekly and monthly summaries.
- Assist with special projects, such as data entry and document scanning.
- Develop and maintain filing systems and databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
