Job Summary:

Mensards is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill our Office Assistant role. This position performs a variety of administrative, accounting, and support duties, including filing, data entry, and mail processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining calendars.
  • Process payroll, accounts payable, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, including weekly and monthly summaries.
  • Assist with special projects, such as data entry and document scanning.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
