{"POSITION SUMMARY

Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times. Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience while adhering to established procedures and policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Act as the face of the hotel, providing information to guests on hotel amenities and services.
* Review arriving reservations for the day, pre-assigning rooms as necessary and pre-registering groups.
* Maintain accurate cash handling and prepare shift deposits according to standard procedures.
* Demonstrate a complete understanding of the property management system and cash register operation.
* Compare housekeeper reports with folio logs to ensure accuracy.
* Enter wake-up calls and record messages for guests.
* Record future reservations and handle guest complaints efficiently and courteously.
* Post phone charges and file folios, registration cards, and reservation cards as necessary.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment, reporting any hazards or violations.
* Perform other duties as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school diploma preferred
* One year of customer service experience
* Basic mathematical skills
* Computer skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to speak, read, and write English
* Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
