Job Title: Nursing Assistant Registered

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant Registered to join our team at Guardian Angels Care Center. As a Nursing Assistant Registered, you will play a vital role in providing respectful, resident-centered care and assistance to our residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct personal cares for residents at their assessed level of function under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
* Assist residents to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
* Accurately document cares provided, resident observations, and other relevant information.
* Assist in providing a dignified, respectful, resident-centered environment for residents.
* Follow universal precautions, facility infection control guidelines, sanitation, and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.

Requirements:

* Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
* Prior nursing experience preferred.
* Must be 16 years of age, or older.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Self-motivated, ability to prioritize.
