Nursing Assistant Registered

The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is a vital member of our care team, providing exceptional support to our residents in a compassionate and respectful manner. As a NAR, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to deliver high-quality care and assistance to our residents, promoting their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility, to promote independence and dignity.
- Document resident care and observations accurately and thoroughly, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and communicated to the care team.
- Participate in restorative and maintenance nursing programs to help residents achieve their highest level of function and well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team to create a safe and supportive environment for residents, adhering to universal precautions, infection control guidelines, and facility policies.
- Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
- Prior nursing experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
