As a NAR, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to deliver high-quality care and assistance to our residents, promoting their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility, as required.
- Participate in restorative and maintenance nursing programs to promote resident independence and function.
- Document resident care and observations accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Follow infection control guidelines, sanitation, and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
- Prior nursing experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
