We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant Registered to join our team at Guardian Angels Care Center. As a Nursing Assistant Registered, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
* Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring, to ensure their safety and comfort.
* Participate in restorative and maintenance nursing programs to help residents achieve their highest level of function.
* Document resident care and observations accurately and thoroughly.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
* Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
* Prior nursing experience preferred.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the mission, vision, and values of Guardian Angels.
* Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
