Key Responsibilities- Daily Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnose and treat conditions, and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Chart Documentation: Utilize our electronic medical record system to document patient information, update problem lists, and interface with labs.
- Referral and Communication: Refer patients to specialists as needed, communicate effectively with our team, and participate in multidisciplinary care planning.
- Chart Review and Quality Improvement: Participate in peer audits, provide feedback, and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Patient-Centered Care: Display cultural sensitivity, compassion, and understanding of patient needs, concerns, and socioeconomic conditions.
- Continuing Education and Growth: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge, attend CME events, and participate in training webinars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Attendance and Participation: Attend regular provider meetings, staff meetings, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Professional Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families in a respectful and professional manner.
- Education: Doctorate Degree (M.D., D.O., PhD) and valid license to practice in New York State.
- Experience: 2-4 years of related work experience.
Sun River Health offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 yearly, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.
