Job Title: Manager of Financial Analytics

Sun River Health is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Financial Analytics to join our Finance department at our Peekskill Executive Office.

Job Summary:

The Manager of Financial Analytics will assist finance department leadership in daily financial and general accounting staff functions. This includes analyzing financial data to evaluate and improve financial standing and company goals. The successful candidate will produce creative recommendations for reducing costs and improving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Axiom software for organizational budgeting
  • Maintain and analyze performance-based provider compensation program
  • Develop system to reconcile and track capital project budgets as required by funder and ensure timely and accurate payments to general contractor
  • Analyze and assess both potential and existing risk and value-based contracts
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, projections, and agreements for new projects
  • Develop tools to assess actual results to projections on key projects
  • Maintain system to track and report actual and budgeted provider productivity
  • Provide cost analysis of labor contracts to SRH leadership, including cost comparisons for labor in non-CBA units
  • Assist with position and staffing analytics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
