About the Role

Sun River Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing nutrition counseling to patients referred by clinicians, developing and implementing care plans based on nutritional and health needs, and providing instructions on normal or special diets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nutrition counseling to patients
  • Develop and implement care plans based on nutritional and health needs
  • Provide instructions on normal or special diets
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and evaluate the reaching of goals
  • Provide nutrition counseling for diabetic patients as part of diabetic care plans
  • Provide nutritional education materials to patients to support counseling efforts
  • Makes referrals to other health care providers and community services as appropriate
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • RD/RDN and CDN with a valid CPR card
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field
  • 5-8 years of related work experience
