Job Overview

Rimports is actively looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist.


The Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in efficiently retrieving orders and preparing pallets for shipment from our facility. This position adheres to established operational procedures and promotes safe working practices to ensure that the shipping process is both effective and secure.


This role will report directly to the E-Commerce Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and swiftly pull orders
  • Wrap pallets for shipment
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments as required
  • Ensure all shipment documentation is complete and accurate
  • Communicate vital information to the shipping team to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Understand and implement proper cleanup procedures for spills
  • Be aware of safety precautions when handling chemicals in the warehouse
  • Become certified to operate forklifts and walkie-riders
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, with regular lifting of 30 pounds
  • Engage in standing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling throughout the work shift
  • Participate actively in a fast-paced shipping environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
  • Report any safety concerns to the Manager immediately
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in order picking or similar roles
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as ShipStation or ShipWorks

Additional Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.


Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring onsite presence, typically Monday through Friday.


Work Environment:

The work environment may contain various fragrances that could affect individuals with sensitivities. This position is primarily indoors.

  • Cut-resistant gloves are mandatory when using sharp tools
  • Fingernails must be kept trimmed
  • Closed-toe, slip-resistant footwear is required
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy items safely
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move for extended periods is necessary
  • Awareness of surroundings, including vehicles and personnel, is essential
  • A high tolerance for various odors is required
