Job Overview

Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA), a prominent agricultural cooperative, is looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to take on the role of Warehouse Associate (Full-time).


POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring a tidy and systematic warehouse environment; delivering efficient and secure service to IFA clients during the loading of products into their vehicles; aiding in the fulfillment of yard orders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verify the accuracy of customer loading tickets prior to product loading
  • Respect customers' vehicles and personal belongings during the loading process
  • Organize warehouse inventory in designated storage locations
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in warehouse and yard areas consistently
  • Assist customers in loading products into their vehicles
  • Ensure aisles are free from debris and products
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Forklift certification and a clean driving record are advantageous. Attention to detail and self-motivation are essential. Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving is highly preferred. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, is necessary. Ability to interpret various instructions provided in both written and verbal formats. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift and 100 lbs. occasionally.
