We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Operations Manager to join our team at Phalen Leadership Academies. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining maximum operational efficiency for the successful functioning of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain school facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Oversee school finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
- Coordinate and manage school events, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management
- Develop and implement internal systems and processes to increase operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities, and attention to detail
- Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyze large amounts of data and perform quantitative analysis
