As a Pricing Specialist within our Quotations Division, you will be instrumental in assisting branch leadership by delivering precise and prompt costing and pricing details tailored to customer needs. Your role encompasses conducting market analysis, generating cost projections, and evaluating competitor offerings to guarantee profitability and foster repeat business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generate cost projections for materials and assemble bills of materials
  • Engage with manufacturers and suppliers to secure optimal cost data
  • Conduct market research to ascertain customer needs and product specifications
  • Evaluate competitor offerings for strategic insights
  • Draft and submit technical quotations in accordance with customer requirements
  • Assist in the change order process and billing for job lots
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and applications

Qualifications we seek:

  • At least 1 year of pertinent experience
  • Familiarity with pricing methodologies and SAP software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Openness to travel as needed
  • Basic understanding of logistics strategies is advantageous

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full-time role, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Starting pay potential of $28.00 per hour
  • Comprehensive benefits package available
