As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for calling on current customers and prospects, providing technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations, and quoting appropriate customer prices using our online quoting system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide product specific information for the best therapeutic outcome for patients.
- Effectively explain advanced characteristics and features of Neuro products to Operating Room staff & Surgeons.
- Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.
- Provide training and in-services for Neurosurgical equipment.
- Respond to customer needs, requirements, and problems in accordance with Company policy, acting as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
- Maintain account records and report activities and submit as required.
- Manage and submit sales expenses in accordance with budget.
- Effectively manage personal sales sample inventory and ensure Setworld product is returned in a timely manner per company SOP.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 02-04 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
