Blood Collection Specialist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is in search of a dedicated Phlebotomist to become part of our team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are devoted to delivering high-quality services to a variety of communities, with a focus on serving Latinos in Washington State. Our mission is to provide care to all individuals, irrespective of their background or financial situation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures, perform waived tests, Automated CBCs, EKGs, and Spirometry.
- Support the diagnostic and therapeutic processes for patients.
- Manage laboratory reports, maintain logs, and prepare specimens for referrals.
- Comply with safety and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of high school or equivalent education.
- Graduation from an accredited phlebotomy training program.
- Preferred experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
