Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Float Specialist to join our team at DNW DynaCare Northwest Inc. in Seattle. As a Float Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing skilled specimen collections at various hospital campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
  • Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide superior customer service to patients and colleagues.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Travel to additional sites as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid Washington State Phlebotomy License or application filed with the Washington Department of Health.
  • Previous experience as a Phlebotomist.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
