Job Title: Behavioral Health Consultant

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate details of client placement, case management, follow-up, referral services, and educational support for families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide initial screening and assessment to identify client needs.
  • Link clients to community treatment providers and facilitate their engagement in treatment.
  • Provide case management services to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
  • Motivate and support clients in overcoming barriers to successful engagement in treatment.
  • Collaborate with child welfare agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Level II Background clearance.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field (Master's Degree preferred).
