Burn Clinical Nurse Coordinator Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Burn Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Ensure efficient coordination of all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to direct, monitor and evaluate nursing care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless throughput and exceptional patient care.
- Manage labor needs based on patient care requirements and established productivity guidelines.
- Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
- Implement courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to maintain a superior organization.
- A graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- At least one year of RN experience required.
