- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide sales support and training to field sales teams and channel partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales or consulting experience in selling engineering/technology applications, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the territory.
