Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Manager to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management, and supporting the development and execution of data-driven financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of financial plans and forecasts
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, business planning, or finance
  • Superior knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
