Senior Construction Manager

Job Overview: Williams & Rowe Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our commercial building projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Organize and prioritize work activities, review contracts and specifications, provide on-site coordination, resolve problems, train workers and tradespeople, promote safety policies, and conduct regular safety meetings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, 2+ years as a Construction Foreman, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience with boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts, ability to comprehend schematic diagrams and blueprints, strong working knowledge of job site safety, OSHA 30 Certification a plus, and eligibility to work in the US with a valid driver's license.
