Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee the management of all construction efforts on our heavy civil infrastructure projects across the United States.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a superintendent on scattered lot developments and possess a strong understanding of legal and safety standards. Proficiency in computer software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all construction efforts to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Inspect jobsites regularly to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with policies, plans, and change orders.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with contractors and project stakeholders to discuss progress and address concerns.
  • Monitor contractor performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action when necessary.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a superintendent on scattered lot developments required.
  • 2-yr or 4-yr degree in construction management or engineering-related field strongly desired.
  • 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA certification strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
  • A thorough knowledge of legal and safety standards essential.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English required.
