Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to augment our growing company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing residential new construction and rehabilitation activities in a scattered lot environment.

This role requires:

  • Supervising construction and rehabilitation of homes
  • Maintaining aggressive schedules
  • Managing project budgets and generating progress reports
  • Promoting job site safety

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential construction
  • College education in Construction Management preferred
  • Experience in scattered lot environments ideal
