Business process analysis and adept problem-solving skills.

Exceptional Communication Skills:


Ability to articulate ideas in written form and effectively communicate those ideas verbally in a clear, concise manner to diverse levels within the organization and among team members.

Work collaboratively with business partners during discovery, development, or training phases of projects and support.

Capable of presenting complex technical subjects to a non-technical audience (including senior leadership).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle, Salesforce CPQ

Familiarity with System Integrations:
MuleSoft, Enosix, Salesforce Platform Events, and FTP

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
