Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing patient accounts, making phone calls to provider offices, and researching patient accounts for missing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review patient accounts for required documentation to complete patient charts.
  • Make phone calls to provider offices to alert them of missing documentation.
  • Review work queues and research patient accounts for missing documentation.
  • Contact other departments and provider offices regarding chart completion.
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks related to the above duties.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and computer literate.
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to print information from software and scan documents.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
