Senior Bridge (Structural) Engineer (PE) Team Leader Opportunity

Halff, a mid-sized, employee-owned, diverse and multi-disciplined professional services firm, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Bridge (Structural) Engineer (PE) to lead our Structural group in Little Rock, AR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Structural group in bridge design and rehabilitation projects
  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Manage production and staffing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Ensure quality, integrity, and success in all endeavors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge design and rehabilitation
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably in Arkansas or obtainable within 6 months
  • Proficiency in MicroStation, Microsoft Office, and structural engineering software
  • AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications experience
