Civil Engineer Project Manager

Job Summary
The Civil Engineer Project Manager will plan, design and direct engineering projects such as streets, roads, residential and commercial developments, municipal projects, institutional facilities, industrial facilities, drainage projects, airports, and channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering design, and construction administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design engineering projects, including streets, roads, residential and commercial developments, municipal projects, institutional facilities, industrial facilities, drainage projects, airports, and channels
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare and review project reports, specifications, plans, and designs
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and construction standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BS) from an accredited four-year college or university
- Five to eight years related experience/training
- Certified as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- Licensed PE in Arkansas and able to obtain license in other states as needed
