Job Responsibilities: As a Medical Surgical Oncology RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care in our inpatient oncology medical surgical unit. You will work closely with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients undergoing treatment for various types of cancer. You will assess patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status, and creating and implementing a care plan tailored to each patient's needs.
