Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Oncology unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to patients with cancer diagnoses. Your key responsibilities will include assessing patients' conditions, collaborating with medical providers to develop individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families about treatments and follow-up measures.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Multistate Compact License.
  • 1 year of oncology medical surgical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
  • Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) is desired.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay.
