Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Supportive Services Coordinator to join our team at Archway Communities. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering community-informed services that facilitate housing stabilization and promote residents' financial, social, and health-related needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with residents regularly to provide outreach and engagement, strengths-based support, and service coordination to assist residents in maintaining stable housing.
  • Collaborate with residents, property managers, and other stakeholders to create person-centered plans to address short-term and long-term goals.
  • Provide on-site service coordination, including independent living skills, housing stabilization, money management, community integration, employment, benefits establishment, and referrals to providers for substance use and support.
  • Conduct crisis and risk assessments, support crisis intervention services, and work cross-functionally with other Archway teams to present a unified response to crisis situations.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing laws and regulations, and use evidence-based and trauma-informed practices in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a social services-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in direct service coordination in a human services field, mental health care environment, and/or case management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations and communities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of independence and minimal in-person supervision.
