Position: Business Support Associate

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Remote & In-office Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizes, coordinates, and ensures adherence to schedules.
  • Investigates, prioritizes, and addresses incoming issues and inquiries directed to various Company Leaders, including sensitive matters, determining the appropriate course of action.
  • Facilitates seamless communication between the Executive office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to uphold credibility and trust with senior management.
  • Effectively manages critical deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that support the Executive's leadership capabilities.
  • Prioritizes conflicting demands, addressing matters promptly and following through on projects to successful completion, often under deadline pressure.
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding relationships, discussions, and materials accessed by the executive assistant.
  • Oversees a highly active calendar of appointments.
  • Executes special projects as assigned.
  • Prepares expense reports and composes confidential correspondence.
  • Arranges intricate travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Embodies and demonstrates Essendant's Core Values and Guiding Principles.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
