Job Overview
Special Service for Groups, Inc- HOPICS is seeking a Property Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Services Division, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and property owners in Southern California.

This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for researching and developing viable housing stock lists, establishing links with private owners, landlords, and property management companies, and coordinating move tasks such as lease signing and utility setup.

About the Job
In this role, you will:
• Establish a network of landlords and property owners to provide affordable housing options for clients
• Coordinate move tasks, including lease signing, utilities, and furniture setup
• Develop and maintain accurate records of client services
• Collaborate with program management and case managers to ensure successful placement of clients

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in human services, business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in housing placement services and relationship building with landlords and property owners
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
