We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-family residential apartment building in Los Angeles, CA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing all aspects of the building's operations. The estimated salary range is $44,000 - $50,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek at $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring the property is well-maintained and safe.
  • Leasing: Manage the leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills.

Able to live onsite, with reliable transportation and knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations.
