Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of HOAs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of community issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingualism preferred).
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 wpm.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong assertiveness, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
