Marciano Department Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Train and develop store employees in Marciano product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide guidance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee tasks and goal achievement in the absence of management.
- Customer Experience
- Offer personalized shopping experiences and expert knowledge.
- Drive sales, suggest additional items, and meet profitability expectations.
- Address guest concerns and coach employees to mitigate product loss.
- Operational Effectiveness
- Maintain visual and aesthetic standards for Marciano products.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure appealing sales floor presentation.
- Analyze sales data and provide feedback for strategy optimization.
- Follow procedures for opening and closing the store.
- Ensure registers and financial documents are correctly handled.
- Policy Adherence
- Align interactions and displays with Marciano's values.
- Follow all company and Marciano-specific policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Sales Expertise: Proven retail sales record, especially with fashion and luxury products.
