Job Opportunity: Administrative Coordinator for Community Services

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Coordinator for Community Services at the Horst Group.

About the Role:

This position will provide administrative and clerical support to Condo/HOA managers, focusing on customer service, database maintenance, and document preparation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service calls, preparing reports, generating correspondence, and assisting with invoicing and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records in our database and electronic filing systems.
  • Communicating effectively with managers, peers, and customers to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Assigning work orders and tracking progress.
  • Distributing reports and other important documents both internally and externally.
  • Providing resale certificates and assisting with settlements.
  • Assisting with problem resolution and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Correspondence and communication skills.
