PennState Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As a key member of the nursing administration department, you will be responsible for overseeing hospital personnel and functions within your assigned work unit/location for the assigned shift.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience. Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a leader and resource person in facilitating efficient operational activities throughout the organization.
  2. Exercise delegated administrative responsibility and authority for the supervision of all hospital personnel and functions within the assigned work unit/location for assigned shift.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • AHA BLS prior to end of the orientation period.
  • Previous work experience in a supervisory, management, or other healthcare leadership capacity.
  • Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
