Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Gift Card Program Specialist to join our Sales team, reporting to the Corporate Incentives department. This role will be based onsite in Miami.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of all sales and marketing functions related to the Gift Card and Royal Incentive Rewards (RIR) programs.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to strategize and implement departmental initiatives, including sales management and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of gift card orders and address inquiries from partners and recipients, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage the department's gift card and RIR programs, ensuring optimal functionality and conducting regular reporting and audits.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing systems and processes for gift card orders and redemptions, working closely with various internal departments.
  • Support marketing initiatives for the gift card channel and RIR, preparing comprehensive campaign proposals for management review.
  • Develop marketing, sales, and training materials for the Gift Card and RIR programs, including brochures, presentations, and training guides.
  • Organize and execute gift card sales events, such as industry trade shows and client functions.
  • Assist the MICE Sales team in expanding the gift card and RIR business by fostering new partnerships and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with travel agencies, incentive houses, and corporate clients, while collaborating effectively with supporting departments.
  • Identify key sales and marketing needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Assist with various marketing requests, including content creation and website management.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within the cruise or travel sector.
  • Familiarity with gift cards, loyalty programs, and certificates is advantageous.
  • Proficient in generating reports and analyzing marketing campaigns with actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, trade shows, and client events as necessary.
