Credit Card Processing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Card Processing Clerk to join our team at CGC Group Inc. in Miami/Doral. This temporary role will involve responding to credit card chargeback disputes, working closely with other teams, and communicating with banking institutions, credit card companies, and outside collection agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to credit card chargeback disputes and provide supporting documents to credit card companies.
  • Request to add/remove guests on the GSAR Do Not Sail/Alert lists and request to add travel agency & guest profiles on payment restriction.
  • Notify and create journal entries debiting respective departments for credit card chargeback disputes.
  • Prepare journal entries to clear credit card chargeback statements, a bi-weekly process for chargeback invoices sent to exceptions that require manager approval to write off.
  • Review chargeback bookings and contact respective teams to make adjustments.
  • Process payments to clear past due balances.
  • Monitor and provide instructions for daily Pay/Pal chargebacks and transactions requiring further investigation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience with credit card dispute and fraud processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and display a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work onsite in Miami/Doral.
  • Able to work a temporary position.
Compensation and Benefits
