Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Claims Manager - Compensation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing medical claims and compensation cases with expertise in healthcare and workers' compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage medical claims and compensation cases with attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of changing laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in medical claims management or a related field.
  • Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
